Five Key Operation Methods for Juhai Fully Automatic Terminal Machine:
Turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light will illuminate.
2. Pay attention to any obvious abnormal noises inside or outside the machine. If detected, suspend operation and have the maintenance personnel assess whether repairs are necessary.
3. Blade Selection and Installation: Operated by designated personnel, manual verification of blade compatibility is required before installation. Only proceed with installation after confirmation. Upon completion, perform a manual rotation test by first turning off the terminal machine power, pressing the down button, and using a dedicated wrench to rotate the driven and driving wheels to achieve maximum terminal pressing stroke. If manual rotation fails, assess potential issues such as excessive pressure or other malfunctions, and adjust accordingly until OK. Conduct corresponding inspections and confirm all locking screws are secure before operation.
4. Loading: Install the terminals to be crimped, adjust the feed pressure plate with an Allen wrench to allow the terminals to pass smoothly. Visually check if the feed position is suitable; if not, make adjustments. Loosen the feed lock screw with an Allen wrench, then turn the adjustment screw to fine-tune until optimal alignment is achieved. Tighten the feed lock screw and proceed with operation.
5. Tensile Testing: After machine adjustment is complete, take scrap wire material for trial testing and conduct tensile tests. The main reference values are detailed in the "Tensile Test Reference Table." The specific operation method is as follows: Press the tensile test zeroing button to reset to zero, clamp the terminal wire material to be tested, and perform the test. If the measured tensile force falls outside the standard range, have the maintenance personnel readjust until the standard value is achieved.
