This machine is suitable for bundling various types of cables — such as AC power cords, DC power cords, USB data cables, video cables, and HDMI high-definition cables — using rubber-coated iron core ties. It can also be applied in other industries requiring bundling with rubber-coated iron core ties, such as clothing hanger production.  

The operator only needs to secure the wire end. The coiling process is activated via a foot pedal switch, and upon completion, the bundle is placed at the tying station for automatic strap tying. The entire process takes just 4–5 seconds.  

The machine allows for setting the bundle length and number of coils, and includes production counting functionality. Equipped with PLC program control and a text display for parameter setup, it is simple and convenient to operate.  

It helps reduce operator fatigue, improves work efficiency, and saves on tie band usage.
